I'm a co-founder and CTO at Devista, a consulting practice that builds, ships, and advises on enterprise software. We work across SAP, cloud platforms, custom product development, and applied AI — with small senior teams that stay accountable from scoping to production. Devista is a team effort, and anything I put here speaks for my own work and perspective, not the whole company.

My own path started with writing code, moved through architecture, and ended up in the seat where you're accountable for the whole thing working. Day to day, I focus on the technical side of Devista's delivery alongside my co-founders, and on Devista AI, where we put applied AI into operations that already exist. On the side, I'm exploring Eldrin, a small R&D project around local-first AI app development.

The through-line, for me, is that software should be built by people who actually care whether it still works six months from now. That sounds boring out loud. It turns out to be the hard part.
